Past District Governor Niecy Dillon-Tyrovolas and the District Governor Team hosted the annual District Govern Changeover Ceremony and Awards Presentations for more than 80 Rotarians and Rotaractors and their spouses from all over District 7070, on June 25, 2026 at the Viva Whitby Shores Retirement Community in Whitby, as Past District Governor Niecy recognized many clubs, Rotarians, Rotaractors and Interactors for their outstanding contributions to Rotary during this year.......

Niecy thanked Youth Services Chair Mark Chipman and his committee - Rotaract Chair Mark Chipman (assisted by Malaravan Balachandran ) and Interact Chair Laura Bradford, for their outstanding work this year, and Mark thanked Beth Selby and the Youth Exchange Committee for their outstanding years. Niecy then presented the awards to the Rotaractors and Interactors.
