We are delighted to have a keynote speaker for our Wednesday Zoom meeting, Bryn Styles, RI Director 2012-14 and Foundation Trustee 2015 -17. Bryn will update us on Rotary COVID-19 efforts and the Rotary Foundation.

Event: D7070 Connects - Foundation

Date: June 3, 2020 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Location: Zoom ON Canada

Former District Foundation Chair, the late Bill Patchett had a dream.

Just once he wanted to raise $1,000,000.00 USD for our Rotary Foundation in one Rotary year. He came close raising $806,000.00 USD one year but never realized his goal. This year in his memory we set a goal to raise $1,000,000.00 USD as a tribute to Bill. We call it “The Mil for Bill”. Join us to see how far we have come and how you might help us to reach our goal in this last month of the Rotary year.

In addition, we will have updates on the Polio Plus campaign from Dr.

Bob Scott and hear from our DG Beth Selby and DGE Mark Chipman.

All interested District 7070 Rotarians are welcome to participate, with a special invite to any newer Rotarians who have joined in the past few years - come experience our District!  Cost is free but you need to register in order to get a link for the session.  Please register by noon on Tuesday June 2nd.  A Zoom link will be sent by 5 p.m. on Tuesday.

For security reasons, we will be screening people trying to access the meeting and will only allow in those who we recognize from the registration sheet, so if you are going to phone in you will need to let us know the phone number you will be using otherwise you will not be let in.  Many thanks.

Stay well and Stay safe!
