What an outstanding event on Thursday Oct 15 as the Rotary Clubs of Oshawa and Oshawa-Parkwood hosted World Polio Day 2026 LIVE form the Rotary Global Classroom in Oshawa, Ontario CANADA. The Chair Emeritus, the Chair and the Co-Chair of the Rotary International Polio Plus Committee were all in the same room for the first time. Thank you to Dr. Bob Scott (Chair Emeritus) for introducing Mike McGovern (Chair) and Valarie Wafer(Co Chair). Thank you to Michael McGovern for updating the world-wide audience where we are today in out fight to eracticate polio from the face of the earth.
