Yet we don’t always think about how we should respond to a conflict – we just react! This session focused on the five different approaches people take to conflict using the metaphor of birds. About Gayle Oudeh:

Gayle Wiebe Oudeh is the Director of Coaching and Training for the Centre for Conflict Resolution International where she utilizes her expertise in interpersonal dynamics, team development, leadership development and organizational systems in addressing conflict issues in the workplace.  As a Professional Certified Coach, Gayle is frequently involved in coaching individuals and teams as they deal with conflict, change and goal setting.  Additionally, Gayle is a largely self-taught artist, utilizing her time in her studio as an opportunity for continued personal growth as it constantly stretches her to experiment and rely on her intuition. Recently she has begun teaching acrylic paint pouring workshops to share her love of the creative process. As a Rotarian, Gayle has served as President of the Rotary Club of Orléans for two years (2017-19). She has served as a Zone trainer for the District Governor Elect partners and as an International Training Leader at the Rotary International Assembly. She currently serves as the Chair for the District Training and Learning Committee, the Program Chair for District Conference 2020 and the Conference Chair, 2021. Gayle is a Paul Harris Fellow, a major donor, and a member of the Rotary Foundation’s Bequest Society.
