This orientation showed us how Toastmasters can change our lives with its proven formula for developing personal Leadership & Public Speaking skills through prepared speeches, impromptu speaking, receiving/giving feedback, meeting /club roles, results tracking & recognition. It included Best Practices for taking Rotary club meetings to new heights as we saw how Toastmaster can enrich our lives, our career, and our Rotary experience.
