A new way to connect prospective members with clubs

Rotary’s new system for managing prospective members is now live. In the new system, prospective members complete an interest form and choose a club to connect with. Club leaders will receive a notification when someone chooses their club, prompting them to review the membership inquiry. If the club's expectations don't align with the candidate's, they can reassign the inquiry to district leaders.

New system for managing prospective members

In Rotary’s newly implemented prospective member management system, people who want to join Rotary complete an interest form and select a club they want to connect with. Designated club leaders will receive a notification whenever someone expresses interest in their club, allowing them to review the membership inquiry. If the club is unable to accommodate the prospective member, it can reassign the inquiry to designated leaders at the district level.

Designated district leaders will be notified when clubs reassign inquiries or fail to act on them. A district leader can decide whether to assign the inquiry to a different club, close it, or reassign it to RI staff for assistance.
