During the month of May we celebrate our Rotary youth programs. We have such an amazing opportunity to inspire, educate and impact the lives future generations. Through interact, youth exchange and Rotary Youth Leadership Awards we assist young people in building leadership skills, expanding education and learning the value of service.
Last month I had the opportunity to participate in the Leadership Summit for Peace in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, which was hosted by seven Rotary districts. It was an inspiring event in partnership with the Lincoln Leadership Institute. I commend our district leaders for their vision and for including our young exchange students. It was an impactful weekend for all!
