This 90-minute, fast-paced event celebrated the work by every Rotarian in the 43 Districts of Zones 28 & 32 to support and raised funds for The Rotary Foundation.  Over 600 were on Zoom for the spectacular event.

Each Gala ticket sold, included a contribution of $100 USD to The Rotary Foundation, allocated 75% to the Annual Fund and 25% to PolioPlus. Our gifts will be a fully credited donation to TRF - and you will receive a charitable tax receipt, and related Paul Harris Fellowship points. Plus, each donation is credited towards your District's Foundation Goals.

As you purchase your Gala Admission Tickets, Rotarians had the opportunity to increase their contribution with additional donations, and many did. This gave Rotarians, their clubs, and Districts the opportunity to DO MORE GOOD and meet the goals they have all set for Foundation donations this year.

HYBRID CELEBRATION!

Districts and clubs joined the gala at their own in-person celebrations. Our President-Elect Jennifer and Director-Elect Drew led a tour of Zones 28 & 32 from just before the show kick-off time of 8:00pm . They dropped in LIVE at selected events , including District 7070, from Alaska to Bermuda and all points in between.

This was an important fundraiser for The Rotary Foundation!

ENTERTAINMENT!

The Gala event showed some exciting entertainment, including the One Voice Children's Choir, BYU Vocal Point, and the internationally renowned Violinist, Francisco Fullana. We had a return visit from Alex Lifeson of RUSH, with a featured RUSH video-performance and interview.

Thank you to Ken Hurst, our District 7070 Gala coordinator for helping to get the word out to our clubs as he encouraged everyone to buy a ticket .

THE SILENT AUCTION ALSO RAISED FUNDS FOR THE ROTARY FOUNDATION!!
