Rotary Toronto Eglinton is creating a new project, "Project Uplift Ukraine", which they hope will become a global grant and is looking for the support of Rotary Clubs here in Rotary District 7070. Ukraine needs 35,000 to 50,000 prosthetics for their children, adults and soldiers affected. Their goal is to provide quick, cost effective , well- fitting sockets for the prosthetics, using 3-D printer technology. Their solution will be to provide the scanners, computers or tablets, printers, training and fabrication materials to an existing clinic or hospital.
