A new report shows how Partners for a Malaria-Free Zambia, the 2021 Programs of Scale grant recipient, has improved health outcomes for people across Zambia. Program organizers continue to promote the community health worker model to reduce severe malaria cases and deaths. Rotary members in Zambia traveled to health offices in all 10 target districts in 2025, one year after the program’s funding ended, to gather data.
