The Rotary Club of Alliston is the first Club in District 7070 qualify for the Rotary Foundation’s Grants program for the 2022-23 Rotary year.  With David Green and Susan Leach completing the three modules training and the Club submitting the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to the District, the Club met the requirements established by The Rotary Foundation for participating in the District and Global Grant program.

Every Rotary and Rotaract Club in the District is encouraged to become qualified.  At least two of the Club’s members must complete the on-line training.  Please, visit https://www.rotary7070.org/sitepage/rotary-foundation-grants-information to get access to the three training modules with corresponding quizzes as well as the form for District Grant project applications.

In addition to having two of its members complete the qualification training, the Club must submit an MOU to the District.  A copy of the MOU can also be found through the link above.  Only qualified Clubs can get access to funds for District and Global Grants.  The qualification is valid for on Rotary year.  These rules are established by The Rotary Foundation.
