Thank you very much to Rotary Club of Oshawa President Peter Hernandez for organizing this fantastic event. Another first for the Rotary clubs in Durham Region as Rotary marched in the annual Fiesta Week Parade on June 19, 2022. . Rotary's 4th Avenue of service is to encourage and foster international understanding , goodwill and peace and what better way to do it than to be with all the different cultural organizations in Oshawa during Fiesta Week 2022 right here in Oshawa Ontario, Canada. When the Rotary banner and the End Polio Now flags were viewed by the public as we passed by them, we could hear a resounding applause... unsolicited. What a great Public Relations event for Rotary.
