There is a lot happening throughout the Rotary world - and Rotarians supporting BEL are no exception! This BELRAG newsletter is full of news and information of projects, resources, and opportunities. First, BELRAG hosted, this month, a webinar to share information on how to create a successful BEL Global Grant. That will be available on their website. TRF Director of Grants, Abby McNear, and BEL Area of Focus Manager, Mary Jo Jean Francois, were their expert panelists sharing best practices for BEL projects. Two excellent projects were highlighted: Library Learning Centers in Kenya (supported by RC Stevenage) and an adult literacy program that began many years ago in Turkey to support refugees in developing literacy skills.
