I’m happy to share a new toolkit: Leveraging Local Events to Grow Rotary: A Membership and Marketing Guide. This resource walks district leaders through a strategic plan to prepare clubs for potential membership growth that comes with an increased interest in Rotary, particularly when there is a large event in their area.
