Rotary International is proud to announce the launch of the Service Project Center, a dynamic and feature-rich hub for all service projects. In the coming months, it will replace the current Rotary Showcase. The new Service Project Center will streamline processes, improve functionality, and provide better tools for managing your projects, empowering you to make an even more significant impact in your communities. To ensure your club earns its 2023-24 achievement for the service projects goal in Rotary Club Central, project contacts should add or update their projects in Showcase before June 30, 2024. This will also ensure data from existing projects migrates to the Service Project Center. Learn more. Thank you for your commitment to service. We look forward to the exciting possibilities that the Service Project Center will offer!

  • From today until the launch of Service Project Center, continue to use Rotary Showcase.

  • 2023-2024 Service Project Goal Achievements - We hope you added your Service projects to Rotary Showcase before 30 June 2024 to earn service project goal achievements in Rotary Club Central. Once projects are entered into Showcase, the achievements for the club’s service project goals will appear in Rotary Club Central after 24 hours.

  • Please note that the goal achievement is based on the project being marked as complete and the project end date determines the program year. For example, a service project with the end date 1 October 2023 will be counted for the 2023-2024 Rotary program year achievements in Rotary Club Central.

  • My Club Projects – If you would like to view or search the service projects posted on Showcase by your club, click on My Club Projects at the top of the page.

  • Adding a project – Any active Rotary or Rotaract member can post projects in Rotary Showcase.

  • Editing, copying, and deleting projects – The member who posted the project, members added as project contacts, and the current club president can edit, copy, or delete a project.

  • Engagement tracker – When you add an end date to your service project, an engagement tracker appears at the bottom of the page (part 7) where you can track the number of volunteers, volunteer hours, funds raised, etc.
