IS TGHIS YOUR FAVOURITE ROTARY MOMENT ?

"MY FAVOURITE MOMENT"

A favourite Rotary Moment from Past District Governor Beth Selby.

Rotary Club of Belleville , AND

Rotary Club of Cobourg

Personal Outcome: My involvement in Youth Exchange brought me to Rotary, and I continue to value it as a Rotarian and District Leader.

A Favourite Rotary Moment: Long before I became a Rotarian, my husband, Rotarian Barry Vail, and I were involved in the Youth Exchange program as Club Counsellors. From 1993 to 2010, we were counsellors to five students - one from each of Mexico, France, Australia, Japan, and Denmark. We continue to have a strong relationship with two of our students that we affectionately refer to our ‘Mexican and Danish daughters’.
