Posted by Bill MacKay, Past District 7070 Governor and Member of the Rotary Club of Beleville

Your editor received a note and a photo from Bill MacKay (Jr) , Past District 7070 Governor and member of the Rotary Club of Belleville. The photo was taken on  February 20th, 1980 celebrating the 25th year of  the Rotary Club of Toronto-Eglinton and the 75th year for Rotary International. Please note that there is a Rotarian in the photo by the name of Bill MacKay (Snr) who just happens to be Bill (Jr)'s Dad, who is also a Past District Governor of our District (then called District 707) and a former member of the Rotary Club of Belleville. Yes, a father -son Past District Governor Team (same club and same District). (Editor's Note: I was the Chair of the District 707 Public Relations Committee under Bill MacKay Snr.) When you see the photo, how many Rotarians you may recognize?  Many in the photo are Past District Governors of our District and of course, one is a Past Rotary International President......
