I am pleased to announce that "Hal" Haldene Allyene is the new Chair of the District 7070 Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention Chair. Hal, a member of the Rotary Club of Whitby-Sunrise , is a hard working, active Rotarian who knows how to get a job done. He is the Rotarian who brought the Peace Pole to Whitby, Ontario.
