The March Rotary theme is another one of our Seven Areas of Focus- Water, Sanitation and Hygiene!

Our Rotary District 7070 has a rich history of Water and Sanitation Service projects locally and around the world.  A few of these projects have been highlighted in our Tuesday Talks monthly Zoom sessions.  In October, 2021, Past District Governor  Ron Denham, Chair Emeritus, WASHRAG Action Group gave the first of three Water and Sanitation Zoom sessions.  We heard from Steve Rutledge for an update on the Adopt a Village Water projects in Laos, Ron Denham on the Ghana project, District Area of Focus Chair, Richard Mewhinney on the Ongutoi, Northern Uganda Water project and Joe Clarke on the Bigari, Uganda water project.

More recently in February 2022 the second of the three sessions featured John Oldfield, former Managing Principal with Global Water 2020 and Ryan Rowe with an update of the HANWASH program in Haiti.

Both to these sessions were recorded and can be found of the District Website, Club Resources tab and select Tuesday Talks in the drop-down menu.
