On the weekend of February 5th to 7th, 2026, the District 7070 & District 7010 Rotary Youth Exchange students gathered at Camp Kawartha for a weekend of bonding, learning, fun and anticipation.
The Youth learned outdoor skills, history, games, teamwork all while learning from each other on how to make the best of their exchange years. We had the inbounds share their experiences and knowledge with the soon to be outgoing students while the committee members also provided valuable information on strategies and tools to help them manage the up and downs of their exchange year.
The 2026-27 Outbound students learned where they will be going on their exchanges which is the highlight on the weekend.
If your club is not involved, now is the time to start planning for the 2027-28 Rotary Exchange Year. Find out how to get involved by contacting any District Youth Exchange Committee member, ask how RYE can add value to your club. Please email us at rye.d7070@gmail.com.
