During September each year, BELRAG (the basic Education & Literacy Rotary Action Group) offers global education awards to Rotary and Rotaract Clubs and the program is managed by District 7070's Joan Littleford (Rotary Cub of Whitby, and Secretary of BELRAG). BELRAG is always looking for clubs who have successfully managed a fairly simple but effective project or a complex project that has education as its main focus. BELRAG offers three $500 US awards to Rotary Clubs and one $500 award to a Rotaract Club and the project is highlighted in the BELRAG newsletter. Please read more to see how the contest works.....
