Rotary is a non-political organization and no breakout session should include content that could be considered of a political nature. All proposals and session content must comply with the Rotary Code of Policies and Rotary’s Voice and Visual Identity Guidelines, which can be found in the Brand Center.
Your privacy is important to Rotary International (“Rotary”) and the personal data you share with and collected by Rotary will be used only for official Rotary business. Your personal data will be used to facilitate your presentation and attendance at the convention. The vendor(s) of the virtual event platform and live streaming software and the subcontractor recording the breakout sessions will have access to your personal data. This survey is administered by Qualtrics, an official Rotary vendor. Personal data collected on this form is subject to Rotary’s Privacy Policy (rotary.org/privacy).
A copy of the call for proposals form is available so you can review the proposal questions and requirements before you submit your proposal. You can also review some examples of past session descriptions by reviewing the 2022 Virtual Convention Program Guide, and view proposal writing tips and examples of successful session proposal details in English.
All call for proposal submissions must be done electronically via this form. We cannot accept email or pdf forms of proposals. If you are interrupted while taking the survey, your responses will be saved, and you can start where you left off using the link to the call for proposals.
