We are pleased to announce that RLI Part I is scheduled for Saturday\, May 23\, 2026. Participants will have the opportunity to c omplete all the courses in Part I. Due to limited space\, we are unable to organize Parts II and III on this date.

~~What Is The Rotary Leadership Insti tute (RLI) ?~~
\n\n
RLI is a grassroots coalition of Rotary districts implementing a leadership development program for &quo t\;potential"\; leaders of Rotary CLUBS. RLI believes that excellent C LUB leadership (all types of club leaders) is essential to the future of R otary in a complex and fast changing world. Most Rotarians have not been e xposed to the great scope of Rotary around the world and have not consider ed what leadership skills are necessary to move Rotary forward. RLI strong ly believes that a good Rotary Club leader must know the evolution of Rota ry\, its current \;status \;and activities in the world and have a vision for what Rotary can be in the future.

RLI provides a \;three day \;n on-consecutive basic course in both Rotary knowledge and leadership skills \, especially for voluntary organizations. RLI follows an adult learning a pproach with facilitated discussion led by trained Rotary facilitators. &n bsp\;The cost is $60 per Rotarian per course. This cost covers course materials\, coffee \;breaks \;and lunch.& nbsp\;Usually \;the Rotary club covers the cost for their members to a ttend since the club will be the beneficiary of a more knowledgeable membe rship.
